I'm based in Meath and provide workshops, courses and seminars all over Ireland. I've run my own training business for 10 years, prior to which I worked for 25 years in the IT and financial services sectors. In that time I've worked as a project manager, IT manager, technical consultant and insurance underwriter. I have a first class honours degree in psychology and I'm a qualified mental health first-aider.
